Onda: a booking and loyalty app
A pilates and yoga studio manages spots over WhatsApp and loses classes to last-minute cancellations.
Demonstration project. Fictional brand, data and prices. We built it to show how we work: everything works and you can try it.
The brief
Bookings arrive as messages, cancellations leave empty spots and class passes are counted by hand. The studio needs booking to be instant and customers to come back.
What we built
- Two-tap booking with live availability.
- A waiting list that automatically fills freed-up spots.
- Free cancellation up to two hours before; the class goes back to the pass.
- Class pass and stamp card: every ten classes, one free.
- Studio check-in with a QR code.
- Spanish and English.
What the business gains
Fewer calls and fewer empty spots: booking takes seconds and the pass and stamps bring people back.
Technology
