Process
How we work on a project, phase by phase
A garden, a renovation, a house or an industrial building go through the same phases. In each one you know what we do, what we need from you and what you get at the end of it.
- 01
First conversation
You tell us what you want to do, for whom and within what limits. We ask the awkward questions at the start, not at the end: what the plot allows, who signs the works and what budget you have in mind.
- What we need from you
- A few lines by WhatsApp or email. To get ahead, fill in the brief for your type of project.
- What you get
- A reply the same day with the next steps.
- 02
Site data
We gather what already exists: drawings, title deeds or cadastral record, photos and videos and, if the plot slopes, a topographic survey. With that we model the ground and what is already built.
- What we need from you
- Drawings or photos of the site. If you have no drawings, you can sketch a rough plan in our editor.
- What you get
- A list of what is missing and who can provide it.

- 03
Written proposal
Scope, timeline and budget agreed before we start. You know what you get and when.
- What we need from you
- Read it and say yes, no or what to change.
- What you get
- A fixed written proposal.
- 04
3D model and reviews
We design in 3D and send you intermediate versions you can open on your phone and walk through. We review them together by video call and your feedback goes into every version, not at the end.
- What we need from you
- Look at each version and tell us what you like and what you do not.
- What you get
- A link with the 3D model and, for gardens, a video walk-through.

Drawings, quantities and budget
The model produces dimensioned plans, sections, the planting plan, material sheets, quantities and an itemised budget using Spanish construction price databases. We export to DWG/DXF and IFC for the architect or engineer. When the works need a permit with a signed project, it is signed by a registered professional; we prepare the model and documentation for that project.
- What we need from you
- Choose between the material and finish options.
- What you get
- The project documentation and a budget to request quotes from builders.

Works and follow-up
A phased schedule, video-call meetings, review of site photos and videos, coordination of suppliers and installers, and change and cost control until handover.
- What we need from you
- Photos and videos of the works, or access for whoever runs them.
- What you get
- The project supported until handover.
For websites, apps and software
The order is the same: conversation, fixed proposal, intermediate versions you can open and try every week, and after launch we measure how your customers use it and keep improving.
Frequently asked questions
Do you only work remotely?
Yes: video-call meetings, review of photos and videos, and shared documents. We are based in Girona and work with clients across Spain and Europe.
Do you sign the building project?
When the works need a permit with a signed project (new builds, extensions, structural changes), it is signed by a registered architect or engineer. We prepare the model, documentation and quantities for that project.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the area and the level of detail. With drawings or photos of the site we send you a fixed written quote.
